If your spouse is unable to attend, or you are a single pastor, we would love to have you join us.

There is an option to book as an individual. If you are comfortable sharing a room with another pastor, please contact us at contact@ccln.ca to discuss further. If you would like to ensure you have your own room, please select the additional Private Room charge when registering.

All guests will book their own ferry to the Sunshine Coast (Langdale). From Langdale, the Barnabas team will provide a boat to bring guests to Barnabas Landing.

Once you have registered for the retreat, Barnabas will provide you with a detailed plan to ensure you arrive at Barnabas Landing with ease.

To get to Barnabas Landing from Vancouver, you will have to:

1. Book your ferries to and from the Sunshine Coast in advance.

   Nov 11th: Book the 2:10pm ferry from Horseshoe Bay to Langdale here.

   Nov 14th: Book the 3:15pm ferry from Langdale to Horseshoe Bay here.

   *Please note, if you are not planning to drive onto the ferry, you will not be required to book in advance. Walk ons can book at the window on the day of for this route.

2. On Nov 11th, take the 2:10pm ferry to Langdale (40 min ferry)

3. The Barnabas Landing team will work with you to coordinate the final leg of the journey with you once you have registered for the retreat. (Details will be determined by whether you drive onto the ferry to Langdale, or you walk on)

Nov 11th:

Please plan your travel accordingly to be able to take the 2:10pm ferry from the Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal to Langdale Ferry Terminal.

If traveling from YVR airport, we recommend ensuring you have approx. 3 hours to make it from the airport to the Horsehoe Bay Ferry Terminal before the 2:10pm sailing.

*Please note: You must arrive at the Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal a minimum of 30 minutes before your ferry reservation.

If you are planning to walk on instead of drive, booking in advance in not required.

Nov 14th:

The Barnabas team will coordinate your travel from Keats Island, to the Langdale Ferry Terminal so you can take the 3:15pm ferry back to the Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal.

Please allow approx. 3-4 hours between the 3:15pm ferry and any other travel plans leaving the city.

Barnabas’s cancellation policy is below:

• Deposits, due at the time of registration, are non-refundable.

• Cancellations prior to 30 days before the retreat (that is, the retreat start date) are eligible for a refund, minus the deposit.

• Full fees are due 30 days prior to a retreat. Cancellations within 30 days of a retreat are non-refundable. In extenuating circumstances (i.e., family emergency) we may make exceptions to this policy, but it would be on a case-by-case basis.
